IHSOTAS
O.N.I. #04 also known as IHSOTAS comes from the Negōyk civilization, they are born without emotions, they created masks that have powerful emotions infused in them, when they put them on, they adopt their mask's personality. Those masks, called Etomo, grant their wearers nearly limitless power, often at the cost of their sanity... Our investigators were able to get some informations from him, he told them: '' This time we will not make the same mistake again, this cycle is the right one, we won't mess it up and we will kill that Karen!''
